A Good Cause

I was going to get on tonight and post about how crazy life has been since my last post. And post a picture of the card I made for card swap tonight and then I decided that that could all wait for another time.

I decided that this post would be about something more important and something I feel very strongly about. Bullet proof vests for police dogs.

I have always wondered how to go about collecting money for a vest for our K-9 and thought maybe if the kids did it for a project, but then real life hits me and I continually come back to the  same conclusion: I would most likely not be able to raise enough money to get one. The vests run anywhere from $600.00-1,900.00 each.

There was a story on the news tonight about a women who is raising money to equip ALL K-9 dogs, not only in the watsatch front but eventually her goal is to equip all dogs, in Utah with bullet proof vests.

 So I have to decided to donate what I can and post this information for the readers of my blog,in hopes that we can help make a difference.Every little bit helps.
