What a weekend.

Yesterday started out bright and early. Andren had a soccer game at 9:30 but as we were just about to walk out the door, we got the call telling us it had been canceled due to the rain. So we decided to run some errands and ended up going to Sportsman warehouse, well the girls and I didn't we actually went next door and went to quilted bear. I have not been there in FOREVER. I was impressed that I walked through the whole store and although there were lots of cute things, I did not feel like I NEEDED any of it and if I did I decided that I could probably make it for a lot cheaper.

Then we made a trip to R.C. Willey for lunch...free hot dogs and drinks. And then home to get Kendon ready for his soccer game and put Daxton down for a nap.

Bricanie stayed home with Daxton while the rest of us went to Kendon's game. Which turned out very wet and cold. Kendon did awesome and although his foot hurt (I guess some kid kicked it last week at the game)he played through the pain, even though I could tell it was hurting, and he was limping. Plus he was wet and cold. So now no matter what the weather looks like when we leave, I am making sure that we have ALL the umbrellas in the car (not just one like this time) and the big blanket. And of course just because I will be prepared next week it will be hot and sunny.

Once games were all done and over, Dale started on the chicken coop. He wasn't able to get to far before it started to rain, but at least I can say that it is started, since we now have 3 chickens that can fly out of the box every time you open the lid now. I guess it doesn't really matter how many can fly out since they are not ready to be in the coop just yet. They have to be all feathered out before they can go out there. I believe they have about 2-3 weeks still.

Today was actually a very calm morning. The kids all got ready for church with out causing chaos. Kierra's friend spent the night and went to church with us.

Church was ok, but very hot. I thought I was going to die during sacrament. Nursery was fairly calm too, we had 7 kids. Oh and Andren didn't throw a fit about going to primary today. That in itself is AMAZING.

After church we got home and the kids had a small lunch since they had talked me into making homemade fries for dinner. So with Bricanie's help we made up some chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, and she helped me peel potatoes for fries. My mom ended up coming down which was fun.

Now all the kids are in bed and asleep except of course for Daxton. He is not wanting to go to bed right now and I don't know why. I know he is tired, but he is up screaming. If I hold him he cries, if I put him down he cries, so now he is in his bed, cause I needed a break I have been trying to get him to sleep for almost 2 hours

I am thinking I might end up taking him to the dr. tomorrow. He has not been sleeping for the last several days and has been pulling at his ear. I hope that he doesn't have another ear infection again. He has only been off antibiotics for just over a week. Wish me luck

What was supposed to be a quick update has turned into a lengthy post. Oops, I guess I better go take care of my screaming baby since he just woke up Kendon or Andren, I am really not sure which one.
