General conference

This year for General Conference I wanted to do something cute for the ladies I visit teach and after finding this idea Here for a conference kit  I decided that was what I was going to do.

So I headed to the dollar store first to see what I could find there and lucky for me I was able to find everything I needed there.

I was able to find the baskets in packs of 2
The yellow notepads came 3 to a pack
The highlighters had 4 in a pack
The candy had 8 in a pack and I bought 2 different packs
The tissues were an 8 pack
and the popcorn was a 3 pack
I had the pens at home in my stash of things

So for around 10.00 I was able to make 4 cute General Conference kits

I put them all together and printed out a tag that said:

General Conference Survival Kit

Notebook and pen- to take notes during conference
Kleenex - for the emotional talks
Highlighter- to highlight memorable talks in the Ensign when they come out
Popcorn and Candy-Because Conference should be just as good as a movie if not better.

I think they turned out really cute and all the sisters loved them.
