Opportunites

Big decisions are taking place at our house but with it comes some great opportunities. Daxton is supposed to start Kindergarten this fall and as the deadline for registration draws closer, I am debating wheather or not I should send him or hold him back. He will be one of the youngest and I am sure he will do fine, but the fact that I have had second thoughts makes me wonder what I should do. While trying to figure out just what to do I got  a text this week from one of our neighbors(who owns a dance studio and preschool) asking if I knew anyone that would like to clean the studio 4 nights a week and trade for dance. 

That was a no brainer to me, but when I talked to Bricanie about her changing studios she was little hesitant and not sure she wanted to do it, so I text Lisa back and asked if we could possibly trade for preschool instead of dance and she told me I would have enough to do both. 

So I am going to start cleaning the studio 4 nights a week and Bricanie will start dance and Daxton will start preschool. Since it is competition season at Bricanie's current studio she will be dancing both studios until April when they finish out the season and then will try out for a team with the new studio. 

Daxton will be starting preschool monday and then will start again in the fall. 

 I also received a call  a few weeks ago from one of the Teachers from my Philmont Conference last summer, asking me to join a national task force to write pack meeting plans for the new cub scout program, which is changing in May of 2015. I am a bit nervous about this but I think it will be an interesting experience.
