It is finally time for Braelynn to be out of my bed and in her own bed,(she is 10 months old today) so I decided that since we have time off for Christmas break and I will not have to be up at 6 every morning that it would be a good time to sleep train her.
I am dreading the hours of screaming but know it is time, she is waking up 2-4 times a night right now, and going to bed late and getting up early plus waking up that many times plus is wearing me out.
So tonight I got her all ready for bed, fed her put her in her bed with pinky(her bear), and walked out of the room. I was all prepared to catch up on a million things I have to do and to not sleep, it has been about 20 mins and I went in to reassure her twice and she is asleep.
I am a little shocked, but not getting my hopes up, I am sure she will be up and screaming shortly. But for now I am going to enjoy it and maybe try and get some sleep.
